Our fees for registration and renewal of domain names ending with .uk, where not included as part of a hosting package, are £19 per year exclusive of VAT.

Services we provide in relation to registration and renewal of .uk domains include: registration and renewal of domains, setup and ongoing management of DNS services associated with the domains, and other hosting services as agreed with you, the client. Fees are payable as agreed in advance with you, the client. .uk domain related services can usually be provisioned same day.

Should you have a complaint in relation to any service we provide, please send this to us in writing or by fax, addressed to "The Manager". We will endeavor to respond to all written complaints within 7 days of receipt.
